This Refund Policy explains refund handling for NTRD’s online services, including the NTRD Chart Analyzer ("Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. By subscribing to NTRD Chart Analyzer, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to early cancellation, dissatisfaction with the service, or failure to use the service during the subscription period.

2. Trial Exists for Fit Testing

A low-cost trial is available before recurring plans. Current pricing:

$1 trial for 10 scans
$19.99/month for 600 scans
$179.90/year (effective $14.99/month, 25% savings)

Because this trial is provided for fit testing, all paid subscriptions remain final and non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of your current paid period. Cancellation prevents renewal and does not create eligibility for a refund.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your account may be immediately suspended while the dispute is investigated, and access may remain suspended until the dispute is resolved.
